Leona Lawhorn, daughter of Lena and the late Everett Playforth, beloved wife of Thomas Lawhorn, loving mother Tina (Travis) Thompson, Adam Lawhorn, BJ Lawhorn, cherished of Lexi Thompson, Gabe Lawhorn, Keira Kibbey, and Kari Kibbey and sister of Delbert Playforth.
Leona loved sewing in her spare time and taking care of her grandchildren. Leona passed on October 8, 2020 at the age of 68. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020, from 1pm until 3pm at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Road, Liberty Township, 45044.
