I met Lori as her student teacher at North College Hill High School. I was terrified of teaching seniors because I was not that much older than them. Lori made it so easy for me. I knew she did not like English but we bonded because we had a mutual love for 70's music. She helped me by encouraging me to be me as her teacher and I helped her with the dreaded research paper. Lori was funny, kind, caring and so genuine. Years later, I would run into her and we would cut up, laugh, hug, and just reminisce about her senior year. I will miss her dearly and hope to see her again. Lori, you are one of the reasons I became passionate about teaching. See you in heaven!

Lori was a great childhood friend. I have such good memories of us having fun together, playing with kitties, swimming in the pool, listening to the Footloose album in the loft, cutting through 'the woods' to get back and forth between our houses, and setting up a clubhouse in the knee wall in my bedroom. I'm grateful for those memories and for sharing in Lori's life, even for that short slice of childhood. I am thinking of you all as you celebrate Lori's life, and I am so sorry for your loss.

Lori, I really didn't know you but when Tom and I would be in Cincinnati you was always there to see us. I loved your smile even though I knew you were in pain. R.I.P.

Lori... Just wanted you to know how much you were loved and still are! Your Mom and I carried you and Mark in our belly before you were born. You were always there for the good and the bad that happened in our family. I knew if I set down to talk to you at any of these events you would be a straight talker and tell it like it is! I loved that we were able to share our love for the show Pit bull and Parolles. You were always there to help your mom no matter what was needed. Lori you being taken away so young is has hit us hard. You were so full of life!! The only thing I know for sure, is that you are no longer in pain. Lori I lived you before you were born, I loved you while you were here on earth and I will continue to love you. Please say hi to all our loved ones...until we see each other again! I love you!
