Margie Ann Thielmeyer, 63, was surrounded by her family as she passed away at 10:29 AM, Sunday, November 22, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. Margie was born December 25, 1956 to John and Margie Russell. She married Don Thielmeyer “the boy down the street” who was her longtime friend and high school sweetheart, on May 27th 1977. She gave birth to two girls, Jaclyn and Jayne.
Margie was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She treasured her daughters and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role of Mawmaw. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for her grandkids. They were her world and she was theirs. She was their playmate, the keeper of their secrets, their biggest cheerleader, and their warmest hug. She gave them a lifetime of memories and traditions that will continue to shape the type of people they will become.
When Margie made a friend, they were friends for life. She cherished “her people”, she took care of them. She gave them something very important to her, and that was laughter. She loved to laugh, and her laughter was infectious. Margie knew how to make things fun, she was the person you wanted to sit by, sit on the porch with, or pour your heart out too. And in return, she gave you back her positive insight and trusting intuition.
You Were Our Favorite Hello And Our Hardest Goodbye.
Margie survived by her husband Donnie; daughters Jaclyn and Jayne; grandchildren Kennedy, Olivia, Brayden, Kane and Alexys; her sisters Becky, Debbie and Cindy along with many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents John and Margie Russell, her brothers Jackie and Dan and her sister Candy.
Funeral services held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, for the care and comfort they provided Margie and her family.

My sincere regrets to your family. We will miss Margie. She fought to be with her family. She was a wonderful neighbor, and always so much fun. God bless you all in this difficult time. May she quickly be reunited with her loved ones who’ve gone before her.

My condolences to the whole family. When I met Margie, she became an instant friend. I looked forward to her coming to Curves and getting to chat with her while she was there. She was always smiling and making others laugh. I loved our monthly dinners for the past 8 yrs. Even though they were never long enough to catch up and chat. My friend, Margie, you will be missed every second of every day. I love you so much.
