I worked with Martha at S&S Healthcare. She was such a joy and a wonderful person. She used to talk about Tanner quite a bit and I loved hearing her stories about her family. I know she will be missed. My sympathy to you and your family.

My thoughts & prayers are with you, that the next days, weeks & months, and even years may be kind to you while you are missing your mom. What a blessing it is to have had a wonderful mother & friend all those years.

Carol And George Durgin - May 2, 2009

Dear Marie,
The Guffey’s sent me an e mail about your mom’s death. I have thought of her so often and with fond memories. George went once and gave your dad a Blessing when he was ill. Your mom never forgot it. She was a real sweetheart. A few months ago I had inquired about her from Sister Bang. We have been away from Ohio for over 10 years. Hadn’t seen her for a few years prior to that with our 6th Ward split. How I miss our old gang.
I know how much you will miss her. A mother’s death leaves a big hole in your heart. Please know we care and you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
Our Love,
The Durgin’s

We loved Martha! She was always happy and called my hubby Jrz Mike. She also loved his pasta! We got together almost every holiday. I am sad to see her go but she is now out of pain and she is with Reginald. I bet they are playing in a big park somewhere!
Love Alicia & Mike
