I have just recently learned of your mother’s passing and wanted to add my condolences along with those of others. I knew your Grandma and Grandpa Laird as we attended the same Methodist Church in Fairhaven, Ohio. My mother, Ruth Dickerson, was a faithful follower of the Baptist Church in Morning Sun and adored Mary Jo. I understand from my brother, Frank, that she was very ill these last months and I am so sorry for her suffering. I know you are blessed with the memories with which she has left you. Heartfelt sympathy to your entire family.

Thinking of you all with much love and prayer. “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind can know what God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

Mary Jo was a wonderful person and friend. I worked with her at the PWLC Hospital, and she was a wonderful and caring nurse to all the clients there. She loved her children and grandchildren and talked about them love and pride. My husband made her “stainless steel” mail box, which she was so proud of. She will be deeply missed. With deepest sympathy, Pam & Lee Howard

You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Mary Jo was such an example of the Love of Christ. We consider ourselves blessed to know her. She has blessed us in the Sunday School class and her expansive knowledge of the Bible. She will be sorely missed by all
