When I began my career with the bureau of Prisons in 1987,at MCC NY, Merle was on staff, and made rookies feel comfortable and welcome, providing me with a good feeling about my career. Merle was a real gentleman liked by all and will be missed.
We are so sad to hear Merle has passed on. However Merle is now sitting beside our Lord and we will all meet again.
GOD Bless Merle, may his wife Sue, all Merle’s family and friends be at peace.
