CARPENTER, Ottis Washington. Beloved husband of Mary G. Carpenter (nee Hicks). Loving father of Jeff Carpenter. Dear brother of the late Earl Jr., Lawrence, Dennis, Lillian, Anna Mae and Betty. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away December 1, 2019 at the age of 82. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd.
