Ramsey, Phyllis (nee Ealy) Devoted wife of the late Donald Ramsey. Loving mother of Bonnie (Mike) McKeever. Dear grandmother of Leah and Phillip McKeever. Beloved sister of Ernest Ealy, Terry (Cecil) Weatherford, Tammy (Danny) Cooper and the late Margaret Tepe. Passed away July 12, 2009, age 61. Visitation will take place at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, on Tuesday, July 14th from 6 – 8 pm. Funeral service on Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home.
