Our deepest sympathy and much love to you, Sherrin, and Kitty, Joe, and Carrie and the whole family. Ray was such a warm and caring person. You will treasure all your wonderful memories, and, in some way, he will always be with you.

Sherrin, we were only around you and Ray a few times, but what an impression Ray made on us and my Dad. He had such a great sense of humor and what a great impression he made on us. You both made us feel like family, and want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Special people leave bits of themselves for us to treasure and remember.

Dear Sherrin,
We were so sorry to hear of Ray’s passing. I remember when we first moved here and he was so friendly when we stopped by his shop with our dry cleaning. He had a fun sense of humor and was a sweet man. Glendale lost a good soul. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sherrin,
Dad always called Ray his favorite curmudgeon! More than that, he called him his best friend. They grew up in the depression, they searved thier country, they raised thier children, they cared for thier wives… they learned how to love again, they grew old gracfully, they were truley the best of men. Love and grace to you – Nancy aka “kiddo” as Ray would say with HIS chuckle

Sherrin-life is strange and wonderful. To have run into you in the store parking lot after all of these years was truly an odd coincidence. I wish Ray had been with you as well but all weekend I had thoughts of both of you. And now I hear of Ray’s passing. He was such a good man and my memories will always include his friendly smile and wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed and my thoughts are with you.

Bub and I are thinking of you and send our sincere sympathy to you and the family. The ones we love are never gone, they live within our hearts. Ray’s life was full and he will always be remembered.

Fondly,
Jane and Bub
