Beloved husband of the late Katherine J. Pelzel. Loving father of Stacy (Kurt) Rothert. Dear grandfather of Nathan and Kelly Rothert. Brother of Daniel Pelzel, Lisa (William) Curran, and the late Julie Bowen. Brother-in-law of Kenneth (Carol) Witskin. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. Raymond retired from WCPO and worked in television broadcasting in Cincinnati for 35 years. Passed away October 3, 2021 at age 74. Memorial Visitation will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe, 5720 Hamilton Mason Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011, on Friday, October 8, 2021, from 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Wounded Warriors Project.
