Richard Brown

BROWN, Richard E. Sr. “Brownie.” Beloved husband of Shirley Brown (Weddington). Loving father of Richard E. Jr., Jeffery, David and Scot “Ernie”. Father-in-law of Amy Brown. Grandfather of Shawn, Megan Elam, Breanne, Abby, Emily, Ashley, Austin and Mckala. Great grandfather of Tyler Brown. Brother of Ernest Brown, Mildred Patrick, Joyce and Ken Thompson. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Richard retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service and later retired from the U.S. Post Office. Passed away July 1, 2011, Age 78. Memorial visitation will be held Tuesday at the West Chester Church of the Nazarene from 1 pm until time of memorial service at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations will be made to Meet the Need c/o West Chester Church of The Nazarene.
