I had the opportunity to work with Bob very early in my career at E.J. Nolan Company. He taught me quite a bit which really helped me in my career. Although I doubt he knew it,he was certainly a valued mentor.

I served with Bob in the jail ministry for three years. He and Kay and Father Terry invited me along to lunch on Fridays. I was seminary student at the time. Bob and Kay deemed me an honorary Catholic chaplain (even though I am Methodist). I will not forget Bob's warm welcome and the Friday lunch conversations during which we took on the problems of the world. Bob blessed my life. I pray God's help, healing and blessings on his family now.

What a dear heart! Always a smile and humorous quip to add to our get togethers. He is a 103 year old treasure, and is looking down at us presently, twinkling eyes, waiting to welcome the “kiddos “ HOME, to be with him again! Love him dearly...
