Robert G. Heideman

Robert G. Heideman Sr. passed away Thursday, December 4, 2019. Robert was a World War II Veteran and Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force where he flew 28 missions as a pilot. Beloved husband of the late Wilma (Barrere) Heideman. Loving father of Carol (Ed) Striker, Roberta (Dave) Sheppard, Patti (Mark) Krone, Rob (Angie) Heideman. Preceded in death by his parents Helen and Al Heideman, 2 sisters, Kay and Adelaide and one brother James and surviving brother Richard (Betty) Heideman. Loving grandfather to Douglas (Jenn) Striker, Amy Banks, Nicholas Frischhertz III, Michael (Kristina) Frischhertz, Ben Heideman, Holly (Jesse) Newport and step-grandchildren Yvonne Sheppard, Michael (Samantha) Sheppard and families. He was blessed to have great-grandchildren Evan, Jacob, Jordan, Garrett, Chloe, Isabel, Rowan, Reese and Braxton, 8 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Mason Christian Village Chapel, 411 Western Row Rd., Mason, OH on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until time of Catholic Service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Donations may be directed to Mason Christian Village Benevolent Assoc.
