MERRILL, Robert J., beloved husband for 54 years to Audrey E. Merrill (nee Mertens) devoted father of Kathy (Tom) Craven, Bev (the late Stephen) Merrill, David Merrill, Lisa Merrill and Amy (David) Saalfeld, loving grandpa of Nate, Ben and Aaron, Brian and Alex, Sean and Connor and great-grandpa of Ethan and Emma, dear brother of Ruth Backscheider and the late Helen (Roger) Gerke. Bob was a member of the Charles R. Gailey VFW Post #7340. Died peacefully on Sunday October 2, 2011 at age 82. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill Wednesday from 4:30 PM to 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Mary Church 1830 W.
