Bruns, Rosemary. Age 82 passed away peacefully at her home on February 14, 2021.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 36 years Alfred Bruns, parents Carl and Alice Kessen, sister Agnes Kessen and brother Carl Kessen.  She is survived by her sisters Dorothy Stenger, Alice Gerstner, Kathy Huber and Martha Kessen and daughters Mary Ann McCarthy (Bob), Teresa Sarmiento (George), Patty Hadden (John) and Donna Kelly. She will be missed deeply by her ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Rosemary dedicated her life to family and faith. She lived fifty-two years in St Leon, Indiana where she shared her faith @ St Joseph Catholic Church and her sewing skills with family, friends and the community. For the past seven years, Rosemary has been part of the Mercy Community @ Winton Woods. Many thanks to the director, staff & friends who supported Rosemary. Heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses that cared for Rosemary during her illness. Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Vivian Church 7600 Winton Rd., Finneytown, Friday, February 26th, at 11AM.  Graveside Committal  to follow immediately  at St Joseph Cemetery in St Leon. The Mass will also be live streamed at https://stvivian.org/ or https://youtu.be/CzGVuOf0hR0    for those that wish to attend virtually. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mercy Community @ Winton Woods.
