PARTON, Ruby (nee Gabberd), devoted wife of the late Stanley E. Taulbee, loving mother of Ronald R. Combest and Pam (Phillip) Moore, caring grandmother of Rebecca C. Lilly, Jason A. Carmichael and Sandra M. (Doug) Frey, great grandmother of Courtney, Miranda, Timothy, Isabella, Dylan and Chloe, also survived by two beloved friends Chico and Joey. Monday, December 22, 2008, age 87. Graveside service Tuesday 11 a.m. at Arlington Memorial Gardens, Mt. Healthy (meet inside gate at 10:45 a.m.). Hodapp Funeral Home, Carthage, handling arrangements.
