PARTON, Ruby (nee Gabberd), devoted wife of the late Stanley E. Taulbee, loving mother of Ronald R. Combest and Pam (Phillip) Moore, caring grandmother of Rebecca C. Lilly, Jason A. Carmichael and Sandra M. (Doug) Frey, great grandmother of Courtney, Miranda, Timothy, Isabella, Dylan and Chloe, also survived by two beloved friends Chico and Joey.
