Smith, Stephen J., dear son of Eugene and Opal Smith, brother of Robert Smith, Teresa Johnson, Jean Steele, Joan Waldbillig, and Melisa Latapy, dear friend and “adopted father” of Courtney Hannah, also survived by 11 nieces and nephews. December 13, 2008, age 49. Steve was an Eagle Scout and owned and operated Budget Tow. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd. (Rt 42) West Chester, Wednesday, Dec. 17 from 4 p.m. until the memorial service at 7 p.m. Memorial donations may be directed to the Hannah Children’s Education Fund, c/o G.E.
