Growing up there isn’t a family event I remember going to and not seeing Summer. She was such a special person and had such a warm heart. I moved away from OH and came back to visit when my dad was in the hospital for heart surgery. As I walked in the hospital I saw Summer as the OR nurse. I was so proud of her and so happy to see what a beautiful woman she had become. Her loss is devastating and I pray that her husband, children, family, and friends find peace as they grieve over her loss.

My deepest sympathy
The entire family has my deepest sympathy. Although I did not know Summer, I know and work with Bob at Omnicare. I know there are no words to make everything better so I just wanted all of you to know I care and you are in my prayers.
We are so sorry for this loss. When my father, Stephen Bengal, was at Bethesda North in the ICU unit we ran into Summer after not seeing her for many years after high school. To our family it was such a relief to have someone taking care of my father that we knew personally. I don’t remember if she was on call or not when he passed but just knowing that she helped care for him during his final days was reassuring. Our family was very grateful to Summer. She was a wonderful person with a kind and loving soul. Again, we are sorry for the loss of Summer. If there is anything we can do to help the family please let us know.
My deepest sympathy to her husband, children and her whole family. It was a honor to have crossed paths with her. I’ll miss her smile and sense of humor. She always made my job easier just being in my room.
Summer was such a wonderful person with such a huge heart! I am so terribly sorry to hear of her passing but know that Heaven has gained an Angel! Keeping her children, husband and family in my prayers! I will miss you dear friend!
