Todd Wiggs of Cincinnati Ohio, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, surrounded by family, after a long battle with colon cancer. He was 54 years old.

Todd is survived by his parents; Buddy and Libby Wiggs: his children, Natalie and Jackson Wiggs: his sisters, Melissa Bostwick and Margo Peitz; his partner of 5 years Shannon Franz and her son Porter.

Todd was born in Cincinnati on July 13, 1968. He graduated from Finneytown High School in 1986 and Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s degree in History. His love and knowledge of wine and the industry led to a successful career as a wine and beverage manager. He loved sharing his favorite wines and food with family and friends.

Todd was a loving father, brother, son, and friend. He was an eternal optimist and had a zest for life that was contagious. He found joy in everyday life, family, and the love and support of his longtime girlfriend Shannon. He loved fishing, boating, roller coasters, wrist watches, sci-fi stories and movies, and musicals. He enjoyed spirited debate and had a wicked sense of humor that even cancer couldn’t diminish.

Our family would like to invite you to share your stories and raise a glass to Todd’s memory in celebration of his life.

Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Avenue, College Hill, 45224 on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 5 PM to 7 PM.  Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at www.stjude.org or the Colorectal Cancer Alliance at www.ccalliance.org.

I am so sorry to hear about Todd's passing. I'll never forget him as a young boy. He was so full of joy and humor. I can still hear him reciting the whole Steve Martin stand-up comedy album for Missy and me. My sympathy and prayers are with you all.

My husband and I owned Everything Bagels in Eastgate. Todd was a frequent customer. He was always smiling and we all loved to see him when he would stop in. We are deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He has such a positive attitude towards his illness. Praying for strength and peace for the family.

Todd, you were a best friend and a brother to me when we were all young men. I'm so sorry that we didn't spend more time together as we grew older. Libby and Buddy, everyone's hearts go out to you both to be such loving parents and have to endure such a great loss. Todd had a rich life and was loved by many.
