William “Bill” Dane, Sr.

William (Bill) Dane Sr., beloved father of three, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at age 69. Bill was born on August 5, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Robert (Bob) and Anna Dane. He graduated from Mt. Healthy High School in 1969 and went on to work at General Electric for 35 years before retiring in 2015.

Bill loved his children and his country, especially its military. Bill enjoyed watching, feeding and taking pictures of deer in his yard and had a passion for all things 80’s action, watching shows such as Rambo, Commando and above all, Chuck Norris.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Robert, his mother Anna, and his two brothers, Bobby and Joe.  He is survived by his three children Christine (Guckiean), Matthew and Samantha (Frederick), his eight grandchildren, Eric, Elisabeth, Evan, Sophie, Caden, Quinn, Lainey, and Leila, and his niece Danielle.

A private service and burial will be held on January 22, 2021.
